Michele was born in Wilmington, Delaware and has been practicing law for almost eighteen years. Michele practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, Medicaid planning, estate settlement, trust administration, asset protection, special needs trusts, probate and tax planning.

Mrs. Muldoon grew up in the Pike Creek area, and after attending Thomas McKean High School, she received a Bachelor’s of Arts in English from University of Delaware, and then went on to graduate from Villanova University School of Law. While in law school, Mrs. Muldoon focused her areas of study on estate taxation, property transfers and advanced legal writing. Michele is rated as an AV-Preeminent Attorney on Martindale Hubbell and has the highest rating available on AVVO.

Michele brings expertise, patience, guidance, and dedication to each client. Her experience ranges from the small-town practice of law to corporate trustee work, where she assisted high net wealth individuals, celebrities and entrepreneurs. She now focuses on helping families protect their assets and their loved ones through the use of Wills, Trusts, and other documents, and provides various asset protection services for Long Term Care Medicaid qualification.

When not working, Michele enjoys playing tennis, reading, spending time with her family, and attempting to drink her coffee while it is still warm.
