From Baltimore, the Delaware Memorial Bridge or downstate Delaware:

• Take I-95 North to Wilmington Exit 7 marked Route 52, Delaware Avenue.
• From right lane, Take Exit 7 onto Adams Street.
• At the third traffic light on Adams Street, turn right onto 11^th Street 52 South Business District.
• At Delaware Avenue intersection, stay left continuing on 11^th Street.
• Follow 11^th Street through seven traffic lights (Rodney Square is on the right). Turn right onto King Street.
• Follow King Street through three lights. Turn left at the Doubletree Hotel. Parking is available underneath the Hotel.
• Exit hotel parking garage onto King Street and go right on King, crossing 8^th street, walk up half a block until you see a clock tower, across the street will be a flight of steps leading up to the entrance of 824 Market.

From Philadelphia or Northern Delaware:

• Take I-95 South toward Chester/Wilmington.
• Follow I-95 South to Exit 7A, marked Route 52 South, Delaware Avenue
• Follow exit road (11^th Street) to intersection with Delaware Ave. marked 52 South Business District.
• At Delaware Avenue intersection, stay left continuing on 11^th Street.
• Follow 11^th Street through seven traffic lights (Rodney Square is on the right). Turn right onto King Street.
• Follow King Street through three lights. Turn left at the Doubletree Hotel. Parking is available underneath the Hotel.

 From Route 202:

• Follow Route 202 to intersection with I-95
• Take I-95 South, follow steps 3 to 5 above.

 From Commodore Barry Bridge (New Jersey):

•  After crossing the bridge follow signs to I-95.
• Follow lane marked Exit South 95 West Chester/Wilmington left onto I-95 South.
• Get into left lane, follow signs marked I-95″ South to Wilmington.
• At Naamans Road exit, stay left; follow sign marked I-95 South to Wilmington.
• Stay on I-95 South, crossing Brandywine River Bridge.
• Get into right land and Exit 7A marked (52 South, Delaware Ave).
• Follow exit road (11^th Street) to intersection with Delaware Ave marked 52 South, Business District.
• At Delaware Ave. intersection, stay left continuing on 11^th Street.
• Follow 11^th Street through seven traffic lights (Rodney Square is on the right). Turn right onto King Street.
• Follow King Street through three lights. Turn left at the Doubletree Hotel. Parking is available underneath the Hotel.
