Mr. Ferry was born in Wilmington, Delaware and attended Salesianum School. He received a Bachelor's Degree from University of Delaware and graduated cum laude from Delaware Law School in 2012. During his time in law school, Brian served as an Articles Editor for the Widener Law Review and was recognized as a Widener Merit Scholar. Brian focuses his legal practice on estate, guardianship, power of attorney, will, and trust matters. He also handles matters involving contract law, elder law, real estate law, and corporate law.

Mr. Ferry has a wide array of experience in legal issues including Wills, Trusts, health care directives, powers of attorney, guardianships, breach of contract, adverse possession, quiet title, elder abuse, business formation, business administration, limited liability corporations, and serving as local counsel.

Mr. Ferry specializes in litigation in the Court of Chancery and the Superior Court. His expertise includes guardianship litigation, estate litigation, trust litigation, and power of attorney litigation.
