Mr. Joseph is the
Chapter 13 trustee in bankruptcy for the District of Delaware and
is a member of the Chapter 7 Panel of Trustees. He is a graduate
of Rutgers University and holds a J.D. Degree from Widener
University School of Law. Mr. Joseph is admitted to practice in
Delaware and New Jersey, as well as the United States District
Court, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware
and the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. He is a
member of the American Bar Association, Delaware State Bar
Association, Richard S. Rodney, Inn of Court, Commercial Law
Section, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Commercial Law
League, National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees, National
Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, and the Association of
Bankruptcy Professionals, and in addition to serving as a
bankruptcy trustee, represents creditors and trustees in
