Ms. Drysdale was born in New York, NY. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration with a focus on entrepreneurship from Babson College. Prior to attending law school, Heather worked as a corporate paralegal in New York for Ropes & Gray LLP and Moses & Singer LLP. In these roles, Heather assisted with multimillion-dollar mergers and acquisitions transactions, leveraged buyout transactions, and coordinated fund raising for multiple private equity funds. During her time at Widener Law she served as a legal intern for the Delaware Attorney General’s office Medicaid Fraud Control Unit and Ferry, Joseph & Pearce, P.A. Heather serves on the Mid-Atlantic Leadership Board of the American Lung Association.
