Mr. Tacconelli was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Tacconelli represents clients in a variety of commercial
matters pending in the Courts of the State of Delaware as well
as several Federal Courts.
FEDERAL
COURT PRACTICE: Mr. Tacconelli focuses his litigation practice
in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware
exclusively on commercial disputes. Mr. Tacconelli focuses his
bankruptcy practice in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the
District of Delaware exclusively on representing unsecured and
secured creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases. In
particular, Mr. Tacconelli has prosecuted and defended a large
number of preference lawsuits in the Delaware Bankruptcy Court.
Mr. Tacconelli has also represented Official Committees, Chapter
7 Trustees, Plan Administrators and Liquidating Plan Trustees in
various bankruptcy cases in the Delaware Bankruptcy Court.
STATE COURT PRACTICE: Mr. Tacconelli focuses his litigation
practice in the Delaware State law courts exclusively on
commercial disputes. In particular, Mr. Tacconelli has
prosecuted numerous Mechanic’s Lien claims and construction bond
claims in all counties in Delaware.
FEDERAL COURT AND STATE COURT APPELLATE PRACTICE: Mr. Tacconelli
has prosecuted and defended appeals to the United States Court
of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Tacconelli has also
prosecuted appeals to the Delaware Court of Common Pleas, the
Delaware Superior Court and to the Delaware Supreme Court.
