Mr. Miller was born in Easton, Pennsylvania on September 14, 1965. Mr.
Miller’s
collegiate honors include Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Kappa.
Mr. Miller was a
member of the Reserve Officer Training Corps and Theta Chi Fraternity.
Before law school,
Mr. Miller served on active duty for four years as an infantry officer
in the United States Army.
He deployed in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm with 24th
Infantry Division. In law school, he was on the staff of the Delaware Journal of Corporate law
and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. He also held a Wolcott Fellowship with
Justice Carolyn Berger
of the Supreme Court of Delaware. Prior to entering private
practice, Mr. Miller was Law
Clerk to Judge Susan C. Del Pesco of the Superior Court of the State of
Delaware.
