Mr. Pearce was born in Wilmington, Delaware. He was an assistant public defender, 1976-1977. He was a member of the Supreme Court Discovery Abuse Committee in 1982.  Mr. Pearce is listed in the AM Best's Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys.
