Mr. Kafader was born in Wilmington, Delaware.  He was a Deputy Attorney General from 1977-1985 and currently serves as an attorney for the Delaware State Senate.  Mr. Kafader is listed in the AM Best's Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys.
